With this being an ADA compliant unit, the hallways are wider than other units in the building, as is the kitchen.  There is tons of room for guests to move around the space while cooking or toasting their favorite beverages in this modern kitchen.

Bedroom 2 also has a large walk in closet, with luggage bench and plenty of room for guests to store luggage and clothing, so they aren't tripping over their bags when walking in the bedroom.
The hall bathroom is just off of Bedroom 2 and around the corner from the kitchen and living room.  It includes a tub/shower combo with ceramic tile stretching up to ceiling, as well as a sitting bench.
Hyve 201includes a full laundry room (many Hyve units only have a closet w/stackable units).  Guests comment in our STR reviews they love having a full laundry room to wash or iron their clothes during stays, instead of a closet in a tight hallway.
Additional stocking items included are a pool wagon with pool towels and beverage cooler bags, making it easy for guests to roll their pool drinks and gear to the pool (which is on the same level as Hyve 201).
The stocking closet off the laundry room is very spacious, with enough room to hold all of your extra linens and stocking items.
Stocking closet includes a keypad door knob, so it's easy for the cleaning crew to access.
Hyve 201 also comes with a huge wraparound private balcony off the living room.
Our balcony is private other balconies. When you tour Hyve, you'll see from the street that most balconies are side by side, so when your guests are trying to relax on their balcony, neighbor guests a few feet away may be partying on theirs. Awkward!
All patio furnishings are included in the purchase, and their is plenty of additional balcony room around the corner to the left to add more, if desired.

Hyve has a phenomenal full gym and fitness center that rivals that f the finest hotels in the city.  Free weights from 3lbs to 100lbs, cardio equipment and machines, treadmills and Peleton bikes (with free subscription) will keep guests feeling good!

Adjacent to the gym and leading to the pool area is the lounge/co-working space.  This super sleek and chill space is perfect for guest relaxing, reading, or getting a little work done on the laptop during their stay.

Hyve's pool area is THE place to be from March through October, as guests love spending warm Nashville days lounging in the cabanas, or catching rays in the Bahama landing lounge chairs.
Hyve's pool are has four total cabanas that are first come, first serve each day.
The lower level of the pool area is well designed and manicured, with two gas fire pits and surrounding all-weather cushioned seating, as well as additional seating and gathering areas for guests.

Around the corner from the fire pits is a full outdoor kitchen and grill area, complete with grilling tools, refrigerator and seating.
The all-weather ping pong table is a great place to partake in friendly rounds with buddies. Hyve 201 includes ping pong paddles and balls in the stocking closet.
