Several architectural genres namely Craftsman and Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie style were drawn upon when designing this home which incorporated gables, tapered columns, Prairie-style window muntins and corbels on the exterior where possible.
Hardiplank and manufactured stone were used for modern updates to the wood and stone of Prairie homes. An attempt was made to replicate the harmony between structure and landscaping that characterize Wright homes.
